Autotext Your Way

If you like to grade electronically but hate to type the same comments continually, then you need this template I've created for just such an event. This template has many common comments I tend to make--and make--and make--and...well, you get the picture. I simply updated the autotext feature to include these comments, then deleted the unnecessary ones, and saved the new template as commenting.dot. Feel free to download it to your Microsoft templates directory (usually C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates). When you re-open Microsoft Word, you should see these entries in the autotext toolbar. Now, type away! When the appropriate autotext entry pops up, just hit TAB to accept it.
